Book Club Updates for April

The ‘Around Town’ Book Club has been approved to meet in-person by the Mt. Sterling Public Library board of directors. In-person meetings will begin in April on the regularly scheduled date and time.

If a few would still like to join in the Zoom meetings we will continue these. If you are new to join you will need to download Zoom to whichever device with a camera that you plan to use, or you may dial in by phone. You will need to contact the facilitator to have a link to join sent to you, (see links below). Zoom is a free app. There are no fees to join or be a member of the library book clubs.

All pandemic protocols will be followed, including wearing facemasks indoors regardless of vaccination status, and limited to gatherings of 10 people per the Madison County Public Health Department. These restrictions will be monitored prior to meetings to see if they have been updated or changed. There may be a wait-list for those wishing to attend in person. Anyone with the capability of using Zoom will be encouraged to meet during our Zoom meeting to allow those without the technology available to join the in-person meetings.

If you have any questions or would like to join either the in-person or Zoom meetings, please send a private message to the library Facebook or Instagram page, or send an email to the group facilitator at reece.melissa.b@gmail.com
