Kids Cooking Club Class Earns Certificates

The aptly named Batters, Splatters, and Platters (Kids Cooking Club) completed their 2-1/2 month course after receiving their earned certificates of completion. This group was for ages 9-12 years and also received a notebook full of all the lessons and recipes that they had learned. Classes ran on the first and third Mondays of each month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

Kids learned basic kitchen techniques and skills for beginners including but not limited to measuring, mixing ingredients, and how to follow a recipe. They also were able to experience meal prep and cooking dishes firsthand.
