Registration & Payment Can Be Made by Several Options for Fall Canvas, Cocktails, & Coffee Event
Save the Date on your calendars and come in and pre-register for your spot at the Fall Canvas, Cocktails, & Coffee event on Sunday, September 26 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Mt. Sterling American Legion Post 417. Cost per person is $35 each and includes all supplies and your paint lesson and instruction by Megan Downing. Megan is currently studying for her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Studio Art at Ohio University and typically teaches classes at the White Picket Fence in Washington Courthouse, Ohio. Get your seats reserved as soon as possible for you and your friends and prepare to have a fun time! This event may be finished by 4 p.m., but we are keeping an hour open so we can all have fun and socialize while creating our beautiful artwork!
The following are ways you may opt to pay for your registration to this event:
- Drop your cash or check (written out to the Friends of the Library) at Chase bank and have it deposited into the Friends of the Library account. Be sure to list Fall Canvas in your memo section of the check.
- Drop your cash or check (written out to the Friends of the Library) at the library and sign the sign up sheet while you are there. Be sure to put Fall Canvas in the Memo of your check.
- Send your payment using the Chase Bank Zelle feature in the Chase mobile App. Be sure it is MT. STERLING FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY and NOT Mt. Sterling Public Library. Also be sure to put your name and Fall Canvas in the Memo.
- Mail your cash or check to: Mt. Sterling Friends of the Library C/O Angela McFarland 60 W. Columbus St., Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 ~ But do this method ASAP because you need time for it to arrive at the library.
Please be sure to call the library to sign up if you are not paying at the library in person. We need to be sure we have your name on our list once you have paid for your registration.
This is a fundraising event hosted by Mt. Sterling Friends of the Library. All proceeds will benefit library programs, materials, equipment or improvements. Snacks as well as cold and hot beverages will be available onsite.
