Mt. Sterling Public Library offers a FREE music and movement-based learning program for ages 1-4 years old. divided into 2 age groups with program instructor Katie Geers. Registration is required for this 9-week program that meets once a week beginning Wednesday September 24 and running through November 19. Limited to 12 children with an accompanying adult.
