Servers dressed in Victorian era clothing & hats will provide a menu for $7.50 of Flavored teas, tea sandwiches, & desserts. Bring your sweetheart, daughters, and granddaughters, or gather with friends. Enjoy the ambiance, complete with fancy tea cup settings and music. Victorian style clothing and/or headwear are optional. Extra hats will be available for use on a first come, first serve basis. Category door prizes will be awarded. Hosted by the Friends of the Library. Pre-sale tickets are available at the Mt. Sterling Public Library as of February 22.
