Aptly named for the premise of meeting at a different location around town every month, the Around Town Book Club will meet on Thursday, August 29 at 7:00 p.m. at the Deercreek Lodge, located at 22300 State Park Rd 20, just outside of the village. Refreshments will be served, and a game or activity will happen after the book discussion. No RSVP required. Contact Melissa by text or call at 614-315-7939 with any questions. For men and women of all ages, both serious and casual readers looking to discuss books and have fun. You are encouraged to join this free group at any meeting. The book of the month for August is Lula Deans’ Little Free Library of Banned Books, a novel by Kirsten Miller. Copies of the book are available at the library now for those planning to attend the meeting.
