Madison County Sheriff Swaney has declared Madison County a Level 2 Snow Emergency due to inclement weather causing unsafe road conditions. Madison and some surrounding counties are under a Winter Weather Warning. As per the Mt. Sterling Public Library Inclement Weather Policy, the library is CLOSED in a Level 2 Snow Emergency level or higher. We apologize for any inconvenience.
