2026 Annual Victorian Tea Well Received
Mt. Sterling Friends of the Library held the Annual Victorian and Dolly Plus Me Tea on Saturday, March 21 from 2-4 p.m. at the Mt. Sterling Community Center, located at 164 E. Main St., Mt. Sterling, OH 43143. Reservations were not required but recommended for large groups to ensure seating together.
Adults were $10 and children $5 each. To be fitted to borrow Victorian apparel or make reservations the committee chairwoman Casey, was available at 740-831-4043.
This year’s theme is “The Art of Making Tea”.
There will be many fabulous things to explore, experience, and enjoy, including the following:
*Demonstration of use of the fan
*Tea Blend Bar where guests make up their own tea bag
*Card crafting table
*Bookmark or Button Badge craft table
*Create a Cup craft table–decorate a 7oz teacup
*Boutique of decorative objects to shop
*Dolly Store for dolls, accessories, clothes, furniture to shop
*Silent Auction
*Paper Bag Auction–another term for raffle
*Selfie station
So much to do, you get a bag for carrying it home!
